FIRST TIME USERS
User ID: Enter your member account number
Password: Your Telephone Banking Personal Identification Number (PIN).
If you do not know your Telephone Banking PIN, you will need to call or visit the Credit Union to request your PIN. Your PIN assures that only you have access to your account. To request your PIN, please call 800.671.1098.
After you login, you will be prompted to change your password.
If you would rather not use your member account number as your User ID, you can create an alternate ID by clicking on "User Options" and then "Change User ID".
If you receive an error message such as "Member Verification Error," you may have entered the incorrect User ID or Password or you may have exceeded the number of login attempts and your access has been locked. After three to five (3-5) failed login attempts, access will be restricted.
If your account has been locked, stop by your local branch office, or call 800.671.1098, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
