Phoenix, Ariz.—Arizona State Credit Union was featured in the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco’s2007 Annual Report. The Credit Union was one of three members featured in the publication and the only credit union.
Arizona State Credit Union’s President/CEO, David E. Doss, was pictured and his comments were used as part of a feature story concerning the ways in which the Federal Home Loan Bank has reached out to assist member institutions.
“The Federal Home Loan Bank is a strategic partner that assists us in balance sheet management, liquidity management and even product development. If we have a need, we know we can go to the Federal Home Loan Bank,” Doss said.
Arizona State Credit Union has also been able to take advantage of some of the Federal Home Loan Bank’s community assistance grants including a $600,000 affordable housing grant and a $25,000 worker training grant.
“We are so very pleased to be able to pass through to our communities this additional benefit of Bank membership,” Doss commented.
